Implementation Services

Olive-3 Solutions team specializes in rapid implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Olive-3's WebOps Total suite that ensures fast ROI for our clients. All of Olive-3's consultants are Microsoft Certified Business Management Solution Specialist in Microsoft Dynamics AX with multiple end-to-end implementation cycle experiences behind them. They are highly trained in both technology and business aspects of their specialized domains.

What is unique about our Implementation Services that gives us the ability to successfully deploy solutions in a short period of time, is our Systems Engineering Approach. A lot of software development and deployment projects - whether it is as large and complex as an ERP implementation, or as simple as a custom modification to a standard operations report - fail simply due to disconnect between IT, Business and Software vendor teams. According to studies by Mordechai Ben-Menachem and Gary S. Marliss, about 60% of large IS budgets are dedicated to rework. Most the rework is related to either
incomplete requirements gathering or misunderstanding of requirements. As part of our
success recipe our consultants team up very closely with client's business and IT personnel from the initial kick-off through post go-live support. We utilize a spiral development approach with rapid prototyping based on Microsoft SureStep Methodology.
